Eligible Return Window
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please retain your invoice or receipt for proof of purchase.

- Clearance or final sale items
- Used, opened, or damaged items (unless defective by manufacturing)
- Custom or personalized items
Return Instructions
- Email support@primegoods.com with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions
- Securely package the item and send it to the provided return address
- Once inspected, we’ll notify you about your refund eligibility
Refund Details
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made a shipping error or you received a defective product.
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order. This helps us process your request faster and ensure product availability.
